The conditions governing your purchase of Rihla products.
By placing an order with Rihla, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all sales of Rihla products through our website at rihlaofficial.polsia.app. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; the terms in force at the time of your order apply.
All products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or measurement may occur due to the nature of handcrafted production. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error on our site, we will contact you before dispatch to offer the correct price or a full refund.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment is processed via Stripe; we do not store your card details. All transactions are secured by Stripe's encryption.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or placed in breach of these terms.
Delivery times are estimates. Rihla is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Rihla cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed pieces with all tags attached for a full refund. Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Rihla's liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
