Shipping & Returns

All orders include tracking and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not from order date.

We currently ship to the following countries:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All pieces must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In their original packaging

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Returns due to defects or errors on our part (wrong item, damaged piece) are fully refunded including return shipping. Contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.
